This month only
We offer you a website!
Yes, you read that right, our team is offering you a free website this month. When an offer seems too good to be true, there must be a catch.
In this case, there is no catch.
Our team is dedicated to automating internal processes, and we find that many companies operate “the old way”.
They lack their own digital presence and tailored phone support, while manual internal processes consume their team's time and energy.
Today, anyone who doesn't appear in web searches doesn't exist
Before we talk about services, the numbers that explain why this is no longer optional.
84% of consumers search for local businesses online every day, and the majority begin this process on a search engine like Google. A company without its own digital presence becomes invisible in this first decision-making moment, even though it has the best service on the market.
There is also a detail that few companies consider: the email address. According to a Verisign survey, 85% of people consider companies that use an email with their own domain to be more credible (e.g.: geral@suaempresa.pt) rather than a generic address (e.g.: yourempresa@gmail.com). A study by Clutch reinforces this: 45% of people consider a company less credible just for using a free email. Sometimes these emails are ignored up to 35% more often.
Your own digital presence, website and email with your company name is not an extra. It is the minimum standard that is expected from a company today.
Would you lend your company keys to a stranger?
Your answer is no?
Two simple questions that you should be able to answer with a confident yes :
- Does your company exist outside of social media?
- Does your company use email from its own domain?
Relying entirely on external platforms, a Facebook page, Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, a Google profile, an account that the company does not control, for all communication with customers is a risk that is rarely discussed.
The rules of these platforms may change without notice. In 2018, a change to Facebook's algorithm reduced the organic reach of business pages by more than 50% overnight. In recent updates to Google's search algorithm, sites that previously appeared in the top spots suddenly lost between 40% and 70% of their traffic, in some documented cases, up to 90%.
There is also the risk of suspension. Every week, thousands of legitimate business accounts are restricted or suspended by the platforms' own automatic systems, sometimes with no clear explanation and no quick way to reverse. At that moment, communication with customers stops, advertisements stop, and the company's reputation is compromised.
The difference is simple: a Facebook page or a Google profile is not yours! Access can be withdrawn at any time. Your own domain and website are. No one can change the rules or turn off access overnight.
We know this risk well. Some of our customers have already experienced it firsthand. Secure your place now so your company does not face the same situation. Reserve your free website slot →
The (r)evolution of phone support
Fun fact: did you know that the system that nobody likes to use, and that companies still use in their telephone exchanges, has more than 50 years of history?
We have all called a company and found ourselves “stuck” listening to a computer list the available options while trying to guess which one fits our question.
This AI service system doesn't have much in common with that. It is not a recorder with a menu of options, nor a robot that does not understand what is asked of it and always revolves around the same answers. It is a system that answers the call, understands the request in natural language and resolves or forwards it without "press 1, press 2".
Adoption of this type of system is growing rapidly: in 2024, around 11% of small and medium-sized businesses in Europe and the US used some form of AI-powered phone support; by 2025/2026, that figure had already reached around 34%. AI quickly moved beyond experimental technology to become a practical, widely used tool.
Automating your company's calls frees up time for tasks that require human attention.
What can be automated:
- general information;
- delivery status updates;
- quote requests;
- first-line support;
- invoicing and payments.
What happens, in practice, when the phone rings
For many companies, “AI-powered service” is an abstract concept. Here we explain the process, step by step.
So far, this process is, in essence, similar to that of practically any AI service system. Our real advantage is what happens next: much of the automation that links the call outcome to the company's internal processes is already built into the Voxial product. We are progressively transferring this configuration into the hands of the customer, but the capacity already exists now, it is not a promise for the future. Connections directly to mass marketing systems (for sending SMS, WhatsApp, email), invoicing systems, CRMs, ERPs, and even the company's proprietary internal systems. Why we offer the website and why only to a limited number of companies
Voxial was born focused on business process automation. Throughout this work, we repeatedly noticed the same problem in the companies we spoke to: the lack of their own digital presence compromises everything else, from credibility to the way customers find them.
Therefore, we launched a limited initiative: complete website construction is offered, at no development cost, to companies that submit the free website request form. We only work on a limited number of projects simultaneously to ensure quality, so spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited.

A common mistake is trying to automate everything at the same time, with different tools and without a plan. This creates yet another layer of complexity rather than resolving it.
Currently:
A transport company with a manual quotation process collects data by email, copies it into a spreadsheet—the most common approach—and then sends quotations to customers one by one. The company repeats this task several times a day, with a risk of errors and delays, and each quotation takes an average of 15 minutes.
With automation:
In an automatic process of receiving, calculating and sending a quote, with the team only validating exceptions. The time saved always depends on the actual volume and complexity of the process, which is why we analyze it case by case before proposing concrete numbers.
Standing still also has a price
Automation is no longer a niche advantage, it is increasingly the norm.
According to market data on business automation, 63% of companies that implement automation start to outperform competitors that did not do so, and 75% of executives already consider automation a decisive factor of competitive advantage in their industry. For smaller businesses, the effect is particularly relevant: 88% of small business owners say automation allows them to compete on equal terms with much larger companies.
Beware of anyone who promises fast automation
Not all automation goes well, and it is rarely for technical reasons.
Industry studies show that between 30% and 50% of first process automation (RPA) implementations fail to deliver the promised value. The cause is rarely technical: 54% of these failures are due to poor project management and a lack of real understanding of the company's processes, compared to just 3% for purely technical reasons.
This is exactly the risk of trusting suppliers who try to sell generic workflows without ever sitting down to understand how your company really works. It is also the reason why we always follow the method described below. Analysis of the real process, before implementing any automation, is essential! Each company has its own working methods and the application of ready-made and generic solutions is highly dangerous and can harm your company.
You can, of course, consult ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools about automation and implementation. AI can certainly help, but analysing and understanding your specific process is essential. How often have we written a prompt, confident that nothing important was missing, only to find the result disappointing and far removed from what we had imagined? AI cannot provide the contextual understanding required for a successful implementation.
AI is not a substitute for analyzing and understanding your specific process. It can facilitate the process, but it cannot replace human understanding.
Automation does not replace your team
A common, and understandable, fear is that automation will mean fewer jobs. The data says otherwise.
According to the World Economic Forum, despite the estimated elimination of 92 million jobs by 2030, 170 million new jobs are expected to be created in the same period — a net gain of 78 million. Only about a quarter of jobs are expected to be profoundly transformed by AI; the overwhelming majority remain, with repetitive tasks removed and more time available for what requires human judgment, experience and customer relationships.
It's not about replacing your team. It's about redistributing the workload, and giving more weight to the human knowledge that already exists in your company.
Our process
At Voxial, we follow a structured process to ensure that automation really works on a daily basis: the team continues to use it after a month, saves the time that was promised, and does not break down at the first exception.
Our work begins after the implementation is complete, because the solution has to prove itself and deliver results every day.
